About us

Unitelia is a B2B SaaS that turns AI from an assistant into a full worker for Ukrainian e-commerce sellers. We're not writing yet another chatbot — we built a multi-agent system that covers 80% of operations from the first DM to a generated TTN to the final P&L.

The company was founded in Lviv in 2026. I'm Nazarii Mazur — sole founder and, for now, sole engineer. Everything we build is an open roadmap (32 strategic ADRs + 15 engineering ADRs documented publicly).

Our positioning

Instead of a generic AI assistant we built 7 killer features, each with a structural moat — permission moat (Meta App Review), regulatory moat (UA tax), integration moat (Nova Poshta), network effect (Cross-Seller). Six of the seven are foundation-model resistant.

Geo expansion

Y1 (2026-2027) — Ukraine beachhead. Y2 — PL/CZ/DE. Y3 — US/CA, then AU. The tax-compliance moat makes EU expansion natural; UA cultural fit (Negotiation) makes us stronger than global competitors in the beachhead.
